I'm very pleased with the product I bought and it matches the pictures.
I paid for an order, under duress of blocking my account, but my account is still blocked.
Pickup was easy with friendly staff.
I had a problem with my purchase, money is refunded fully without any resistance.
Even I am asked to keep the good, no return required!
Amazing service and very good trust relation.
What makes this even worse is that Onlineveilingmeester refuses to ship items, no matter what you buy.
Even now if you check descriptions on watches and even other electrical devices it doesn't mention in which state it is, functional or not.
To make matters worse, when I left an honest Trustpilot review, they sent a “spam” request for extra information and then removed my review.
I suppose it was because I was the only bidder and won it at minimum price.
Bought an expensive watch which was not functional but it was nowhere mentioned.
Update Oct 24: 2 Lots not awarded, despite lots were offered in auctions Dienst Domeinen multiple times. Wasted energy and time.
Be carefull on biding on full rooms you will end up being the cleaning lady, even the garbage that is not captured in the images has to be taken.
It was great receiving my item , but the only thing I did not like is dpd fid not deliver it to my address but to a collection point.

When I finally called them, they simply told me: “Your items are gone, and we can’t do anything about it. Their excuse? “It’s an automated email system, we can’t change that. ” So if their email never reaches you—which is completely out of your control—you just lose your money?
The product I bid through this website was in very good condition.
However, the company could do a better job of communicating with its audience.
I like the website and the app, the auctions are different and you can always be surprised.
This led to a major delay with pickup as I had to cancel and submit a new offer. Really disappointed.
Process was transparant.
So it would be appreciated if the cost of transport could be added in the auction so you know what you paying for in total.
The only thing I’d recommend to improve is the shipping time.
I tried to have a pick-up arranged - for the item I paid for - but collection days are limited.

Unfortunately the product I received were totally distroid.
I found some good deals on here,It's only sometimes when you have arrange your own transport it becomes expensive.
I had to transport bottles filled with pesticides or unknown substances.
Secondly, include a screening process to sign up for bidder before entering auctions to include only pre-qualified bidders.
Everything ran smoothly, I didn't experience any issues.
Now I started a complaint procedure.
This is a company that does a lot of things great.
