I was searching everywhere for a particular item and found it on Olivia May.
They won’t reply to me!
I would prefer Olivia May to include the option to make this payment before the item is shipped. (This is what M&S, Next Direct do. ) If this had been possible, this would have been a perfect shopping experience. Thank you.
Have not needed to pay import fees with other companies.
Olivia May has a very good selection of designers, good service and a fast delivery.
My only complaint is that I had to pay customs duty before I could receive the item.
I enjoyed everything in the process of choosing things I like from wide variety, checking out and waiting for a really short time before receiving my order.
The tracking they sent me has not been updated since the day it was supposedly shipped.
I was really surprised as Olivia May has the best prices for the brands I love!
Beautiful clothes, but returns from the USA are extremely expensive.
The trousers were perfect.
And lastly, should you want to return one/some items back, or simply exchange them for another color or size, this too, happens in a completely hassle-free way...
I ordered a jumpsuit weeks and weeks ago which I have not received.
Needless to say I never received a notification of said customs issue and needless to add that the "returned package" never arrived back. Lesson learnt.
They said they can give me a refund on the postage and all they said was sorry.
Delivery to Ireland exceptionally efficient.

Although Olivia May Ltd is a super store, they send out orders with DPD.
I can find the brands Olivia May carries online in the USA and save myself the return shipping cost.
On contacting them, I was informed that they do not add this comment of additional charges which are about 15% of the value of the package, as this is a US policy.
They have a fantastic range of great labels and all at very competitive prices (I am now addicted to their site!
Returning items and obtain a refund are a nightmare.
I won't be ordering from them again.

I ordered a dress was too big so I was asked to pay almost £9. 39 to exchange it which I think is expensive anyway paid it no problem. 2 weeks later still waiting on the dress and now my party has been and gone for that price it should have been next day delivery.

I had shipped and paid for the return of goods all the back to China, Sent on the tracking details and return confirmation (that basically cost more than the garment itself), waited MONTHS, chasing and following up.
Will never purchase anything from this company again.
Another option on checkout would be preferable.
The wrapping of the item was very nice.
They replied to my first two emails eventually saying it is on its way. Since then nothing.
