At times there are competitive offers for both mobile and home internet (fiber).
It should have worked the next day—it didn’t. we have no internet since Sunday 11/2. It’s now Tuesday.

They don't even know who is the fiber provider in the area and rely on the customers to call and find out as if I have a commercial agreement with them.

We got the Klick&Klaar internet service. It never worked.
I decided to change from wired modem to a wireless 5G one they call Klik & Klaar.
Performance is very good.
Less than 5 min waiting time and they offered me a new contract way cheaper than all the other competitor on the market!
From instaling optical cable into the house, to connecting everything by Gideon. Big recommendations!
I ultimately declined to decide on the spot and found the same deal he was offering later by myself, when I could take the time I wanted to consider.
I called the customer service and they were great!
Then missed CALLS comes next 2-4 days as missed call at night or weekend. This is joke.

Such a joke, I would of understood if the problem was with the fiber provider but Odido doesn't even send the requests to them.
If this is a kind service that users get when they become Odido users, always giving something extra, I have to say that I'm jealous because Odido doesn't provide service in my country.
Understandable that things happen but at least send an email to inform of the situation, what is taking so long at least inform!
I set 6 different appointments by Guidion and they never come up.
A technician came on Sunday to connect the internet, set everything up, and then said there was a network issue.
However after needing to cancel my internet due to leaving the country this year, I was a bit surprised by the lack of support.
I have been for more than a week without any internet, a mechanic was arranged who did not come up but called to say he could not fix the problem... since then I heard nothing from Odido for a possible solution to help with my internet issue since I work from home.
They let me charge a phone but I was utterly surprised when they offered me a coffee.
Today again I contacted them and again they give a 5 working days waiting period for ODF to solve the issue.
I called the customer service, the lady hanged up on me because she doesn't speak English!
Also one of few providers that offer reasonably priced data bundels outside EU.
We’re paying for internet we can’t use, and customer service has no reasonable answers.
Salespersons in Odido store at Kalverstraat, Amsterdam deserve all five stars.

I am so incredibly disappointed in Odido!
The customer service people continuously asked me to create new accounts, they confirmed how they gave me rights to see my invoices and at the end I couldn't.
I already have unlimited data but the "unlimited" is actually limited so I am not able to use data after a while...
I tried to call odido service but cant reach them because CANT MAKE A CALLS.
Great customer support and looking after existing customer!
Will give a couple days more otherwise I will leave.
I am so ready to switch and make sure everybody on my network also switches.
