Transactions to new ISA and transfer of interest to my bank account was all done efficiently and quickly.
When prompted on this fact they unashamedly claim it can be anything up to 0. 1% - Wow!
With an impending ISA maturity reinvestment options are late to appear and supposed to have a loyalty rate for customers to stay with OakNorth.
When they do arrive they are 0. 01% above the rate given to a new customer!
I just hope it is going to be simple when I come to withdraw funds next month!
Simple app, easy to follow, easy to add new accounts.
I tried opening an account with other banks, but Oak North much simpler than the rest and of course offered a much better interest rate.

It was slightly complicated, but they were clear and simple to understand and they sent the necessary correspondence out quickly.

Will be ringing but I am working and your opening hours are only until 17. 00hrs you might consider working members who cannot contact your customer service and stay open until at least 19.
Some others banks/building societies have not yet done so, so competition wise, OakWood are not quite as attractive.
They always give good rates of interest and loyalty bonuses.
I also liked that I got a good rate of interest for my new investment as I was already a customer.
