I called them 5-6 times, the worst thing is they would fix an appointment, and the technician wouldnt call, and then i would get a message that technician couldn't reach me(I dont even have a Missed call).
Every week 5 days or 6 the internet is not working and not one time per day, more.

You can't control your contract online, but rather you have to call in, so they can try and sell you additional services.

They knew I'm a customer and they offered me a new contract because it will be cheaper than my existing one. So I signed it.

I am new in Germany and thought O2 would be a good choice for mobile contract.
2 years ago, without my knowledge, they connected me to a paid service related to games, which I had never even heard of or agreed to.
I have also written to their support by email and they don't even reply to me now..
I am still waiting for a refund for a package that was lost by DHL since August and they said it will be another 1 to 2 months now...
I want to log in , have 2FA with sms , they dont sent the sms , i log in using code sent via email. then i want to activate an eSIM , they ask again for the security code , even though im logged in , and this time the only option is sms , whih never comes , and never will apparently because now i have requested to many times the damn sms confirmation that is block for 24 hours.
Definitely the worst internet provider of Germany.
I was there to inquire a payment for my contract, which had previously been rejected by my bank on October 10th, but her attitude made the situation much worse.

Worst company for a mobile plan I've ever dealt with.
But the sad truth is, they are selling products wich don't hold up in reality.
But the worst thing is, there is no service per E-Mail.

You can not gothrough identifiation process either online or offline and calling to customer service is just useless as they ask to do identification everytime (which has been done more than 10 times) Stupid card with Stupid service.
How does it make sense to pay for two separate contracts with the same provider?
I have been their customer now for a few years.
Internet is expensive, although reliable; still, often it happens there are some interruptions in the connection.
I accidentally noticed it in the account details.
I had a two-year contract for a SIM card, but when my phone broke, I asked to update my contract and include a new mobile phone.
Nothing works with them , always have to struggle to do something.
I’ve never encountered such poor customer treatment.
You have to call them, so they can make money out of there false promises. Btw. the support doesn't help in anyway it's just to scam people.
