I reached out to the supplier and excellent service was provided by Anouk.
I needed to send the items back.
New customer who’s very happy for the mukua products!
Notitie naderhand; hoewel de helpdesk super goed was, is de nasmaak gebleven van de retourafhandeling, belachelijk hoge retourkosten zijn ingehouden op mijn totale retourteruggave!!!
But I noticed the entire website is a direct clone of the Wordans website, even with the same "Number 1 of Netherlands" copy pasted. Sketchy beyond believe. Be wary.
Anderson Bueno was a quick responder and very helpfull.
Her speed of response, friendliness and problem solving attitude are clear examples of great customer focus.
You have to ask them to send it to you to if you want to send items back.
Don’t worry to shop here, but do not expect a “day to day” delivery, cause it’s from EU.
It takes 1 week to get it from spain, but I really love the quality of it!
Only part of my order was delivered.
After 8 attempts to call and 2 emails, I only get a phone call in an incomprehensible language. I think it's all a lie.
I spent weeks without feedback for my order.
Ordering process went easy and contact was instant.
I looked here instead of Wordans because they offered the same T-shirts for cheaper.
He was able to provide me good service and my questions where answered and correctly handled.
Now I have my money stuck because I can't produce tshirts with a missing size and will probably have to wait weeks or months till I see my money back.
Daar ben ik dus niet blij mee, flinke tegenvaller, waardoor ik dus geen producten heb en toch nog extra betaal!
Tomorrow I will give all the information to the police.
I'v contacted the helpdesk and Anderson Bueno helped me with my questions.
There was no return shipment form sent with the order.
Weeks later I receive an e-mail saying that the order was partially shipped, missing a size.
Till now everything was working good but since one month I try to get my money back and untill now it didn't happen 😡 they stopped replying to emails also..
I ordered shirts on ntextil. nl.
Not even asked me if it was ok to send partially.
