The boots came squashed, not in a box ,wrapped up in plastic bags .
It was delivered yesterday(17 Feb) and I was disgusted at the quality of this so called coat.
They said that they were a shop in London, they're from China.
It took a long time for them to arrive (from London)???.
Ordered what I thought was a beautiful coat, what I received was a horrendous inferior version of the coat .... with a hole in it!
I ordered one coat and they added a second which I did not order.
I will never use this company again.
The quality is absolutely terrible, stitching is uneven, the material very poor, it looks more like a cheap dressing gown than a coat.
I ordered the daisy leopard print coat on 23rd January 2025.
I ordered knitted lounge set on 3rd Feb, still have not received.
Omg this rubbish company have actually responded to my e mail.
Do not be sucked in by the Facebook post, absolutely nothing like it!!
I have not received my order and it's been a month.
I have informed this company I want a full refund.
The coats are a rip off look more like a dressing gown. Badly made dreadful. I contacted the company.

They will not move forward you will be out of pocket.
Just like everyone ealse it is flimsy, Unlined, no pockets and very poor quality, a short dressing gown at best, just Awlful.

I finally received the two same coats which are of such poor quality they are unwearable.
They advised instead of returning the item ( coat) 🧥 it would be better for me to accept 10 per cent reduction on the item. As the item cost £39. 95 and is probably worth 10 pence at the most what an insult .
I wish I'd read the reviews and seen the photos of this shoddy 'garment' before I ordered and paid for it.
Luckily I paid with PayPal and so was able to claim my money back.
Despite 16 email exchanges with Kieran from customer services, I have received nothing and they are ignoring my request for a full refund.
It is such inferior quality and nothing like what was advertised.
I will report this company to Trading Standards. I am furious.

Been in touch with seller on numerous occasions only to be told I can have a £4. 00 refund... which I really should accept as return costs can be very considerable.. to me!!
Their refund policy is awful, wish I had checked this out before buying from this company.
