The only thing I would suggest is an adoption of the price for early booking.
The object showed major shortcomings, such as non-functional lighting on the terrace, non-functional heating in the bedroom.
Sale support is good but it has limited details about properties with ref to practicalities.
After asking for the grass to be cut, there was a "protected area" blah blah blah answer.

There was no direct contact number available and the Novasol offices were only available on Saturdaymorning at 10:30.
We found a badly maintained accomodation. - On arrival I had to search all around the house to find the electricity meter - no clear indication was given. - When we wanted to take a shower there was no hot water available.
I was disappointed in the service from Novasol.
In addition, the dishwasher was leaking and could not be used which was a nuisance.
We rented a house which, contrary to the description of the house, did not have a room with a double bed, only rooms with single bed.
Unfortunately we had some payment issues beforehand because the server of Novasol was not working. Otherwise it was good.
The 20 kWh corresponds to 50 hours of vacuum cleaning. We were overcharged.
Novasol processed this in a most efficient and speedy manner, refunding money owed to us very quickly. Thank you.
I was shocked that I had 1 day to pay the first installment for the booking. if I hadn't,that day, checked my mails I would have lost the booking. this is unreasonable.
We had a super lovely house by the beach, everything was just fine.
The house has everything you could wish for.
Avoid this scam company as much as possible!!!!!!!

The hosts were very friendly, and made local food for our entire family one evening.
Easy to find and book the accommodation I was looking for.
Novasol was sorry about the inconvenience and offered to reimburse us 17 euros!!!!

They contacted the owner who fixed the problem. (Thanks. - The shower head was hanging over the taps due to a broken bracket - you would think a proud owner would fix this problem whilst checking the water system. - The shower and the water basin weren't clean and the edges were full of serious mould. - The pellet heater woke us at 03:00 h. in the morning and wouldn't stop sending a warning every 15 minutes until 07:00 h. when we decide to pull out the plug. - The warning sign was about the air filter sensor - this explains the stuffy and smokey smell in the accmodation.
Electricity cost more than rent!!!! plus they send the amount in euros even though we live in Denmark.
We contacted Novasol to cancel our booking and provided the Consultant's report.
For long stay there are no options and also they don’t share an exact address.
BUT Novasol claimed to have done a start reading which charged us almost double our real use. 20 kWh extra due to "cleaning before your arrival".
We had booked a nice apartment in Normandy for this week, but unfortunately my Husband became very unwell and he was hospitalised and told not to travel for 3 months.
I would recommend Novasol for bookings but not for the after booking were everything is in Danish.
Company is trying ists best, unfortunutelly short time bookin have much bigger prices then i could expected.

Good communication, the reservation process is very good from Novasol.

I would never stay in a Novasol rental again. Booking. com should not be affiliated with such an enterprise.
