She carefully explained all the steps she wanted to do before cutting my hair; first wash in perfume free shampoo (I have perfume allergy), then peel my scalp with a scalp treatment to relieve my irritated scalp.
She did an excellent job, and I could not feel any fresher after the treatment.
She worked with me on what I wanted and delivered beautiful balayage highlights.
