Due to a wrongly induced anesthesia my eye got paralyzed and when I complained to the nurse she was completely ignorant and just walked me out of the office and a month and a half later I ended up having surgery (by an oral surgeon in my home country) because a sharp bone was sticking out of my gums.
I went for a general check up today and I received a very good care from the practitioner there.
He said that the prices in the NordSmil website are wrong !!!!!!!!!

After a change from dentist Caroline who was very skilled and professional for her job.
During a tooth repair which was approved and agreed with our ensurance, NordSmil have since march 2023 and until now one year later tried to (with out agreement with us og the ensurance), getting invoice paid which was NOT agreed.

I have been treated by two doctors, Nilo and Georgios.
Nordsmil is honestly a great friendly service.
I couldn’t be happier with the results.
I was able to get an emergency time and the trouble tooth extracted the same day at their Herning clinic.
I highly recommend this clinic.
I got an appointment for a simple tooth extraction which its cost according to their website was 350 DKK, after simple dental removal, the dentist calculated 1500 DKK for this !!!!!!!!!!!
Nilo is the best!
They do not answer telephone or e-mails, after several updates to update the invoice as per agreement to our insurance.
I never recommend this clinic for treatment or any other services because their services are much more expensive in comparison to other clinics.
I am very happy with the end result, no pain or discomfort whatsoever.
I had a wisdom tooth removed today and I felt no pain at all, the whole procedure was completed in about 15 minutes.
They are both helpful and professional; they explain every part of the process and ensure you understand the issues and procedures.
She is super knowledgable and attentive, and is clearly passionate about what she is doing.
As great as a dentist is at here job, the company is even better.
I urge you to reconsider this charge in light of the comparative pricing evidence provided and align your fees more closely with fair market rates as promised.
And they promised to call after a bad review I gave as a reply to a message they sent me, two months later I still wait for their call...
Hanne at NordSmil Odense looks after my teeth when I visit Denmark to see my family.
I had to have a root canal treatment done which he performed the same day.
She explains what is happening from the X-rays that she takes; she then cleans and polishes my teeth, again talking to me and explaining what she is doing .
Dentists were very delicate, calming me down all the time, I was taken care of the same day as I called and all procedure was smooth and not stressful.
He was very careful and attentive, explaining all the steps of the procedure.
George Kleanthidis treated me so well, I definitely left with the best impression and with a brighter smile!
Nice on price however staff are extremely friendly and helpful to explain in both Danish and English.
She is very calm and professional and puts me at ease.
I will definitely keep coming to this clinic and ask for him.
I recommend that clinic, very good attention and better prices than the other places.
Also, if you're a student, keep in mind that there's always a discount and in comparison to other clinics, this clinic has the fairest prices!
