Two tries to deal with this organisation and both times ended in a fiasco, do not buy from these guys as their promises regarding delivery, installation are complete rubbish and change, having taken time off work to meet their installation, they change that, not once but twice ... a joke and customer service if I could would rate a negative star!!!
I was almost denied a promotion with a product in store due to the lack of knowledge of the staff and took 40 minutes and pointing out of the written information on their website to finally receive it.

Brought a Breville barista coffee machine that lasted two months before developing a leak underneath and the steam wand control seizing up.
While doing her best to assist she never lost site of opportunity to add to my tptal purchase without being pushy.
Waited until about 21 January - no communnication so I rang and was told I hadnt paid the account for the job. I didnt get an account.
We looked to the front counter and there were around 8 staff standing at the counter laughing amongst themselves with two older staff working the floor.
Not a single word was spoken to me while I was paying for an item, even after I said thank you. Awful service.
I tried to support a Kiwi business, but the service is do consistently bad that NLG don’t deserve your hard earned money.
Asked to get the item delivered to the store nearest to me, they also could not do this.
The service was appalling.
Was told cost would be $399.
Went there, there were 10 on the shop floor...
Checked online first; item "in stock" at my local NL store, went there; NO STOCK.

I researched Customer Guarantee Act, followed advice to contact the company again, requested me to visit my local store and have product assessed. Great results.
Nothing wrong with the Samsung fridge that Noel Leeming delivered.
However, the delivery guys backed their truck into my fence causing damage.
Turns out that a day short of two weeks it’s still sitting in Christchurch and hasn’t been assessed yet.
I assumed when the serviceman called I would pay him on the job.
No loan vacuum cleaner available. No money back option. No replacement option.
Worst customer service especially Manukau Super Centre branch.
Tried to place an order over the phone, happy to give details for payment and everything, told I couldnt without an account.
Very positive response from manager of store. iPad replaced within 2 weeks at no charge.
I feel that the assistance given by ARIANA above the usual 'call of duty'.
Took it in for repair told max 2 weeks.
I purchased a Lenovo Ideapad duet which malfunctioned within two years, out of warranty deemed unrepairable.
Do not greet you as u walk in nor when you pay at the counter.
Then when the product was faulty I was told they were too busy and come back another day.
Be off to Harvey Norman if the customer service does not improve.
