I’m so happy that I had received my order in less than 5 days. After placing my order.
I contacted them 24 days ago about wanting to return the product bought (which did not look like the pictures on their website... ) and the return has still not been settled.
I have received the products I ordered and I love them.
Luckily I found a solution with a friend in France.
I ordered, i waited 2 months for my order, they wasn’t even responding me, i was sending a message every day and no one was responding me, after a week i found someone to speak with and i could cancel my order. I don’t recomand!!!
No news about my order the 7 November and nobody answer to my question when I send mails (3mails at your support).
I do NOT recommend this company (I usually never complain but really, this one is bad).
I jave to write back to the company to send me a new one.
It takes about 8 days for them to reply, and when I get back to them it takes another 8 days.
Beautiful chairs, very fast delivery and excellent customer service.
