The Good: the panels are as good quality and the colours all matched.
Would definitely recommend as a lot cheaper than your normal d. i. y stores so was a bit concerned ,But don't worry as they are good quality and I love them .

I ordered panelling for my living room and stairs. the quality and price was very good and the service was amazing .
I rang on the off chance that we may get them quicker, unfortunately they couldn't get them as quick as we needed.
Unfortunately the panels weren't right for our room but after getting in touch the team helped to arrange collection of the panels and were quick to respond and get this sorted for me.
This is now my second visit and I’m really amazed how many things I got at a really decent price.
Took day off work (unpaid) to receive - called night before told between 11 and 12. Noone turned up. 12. 30 received a phone call will be there within the hour.
He sent the link so I would be able to get a perfect match. I ordered Walnut.
Staff were super helpful also throughout the process.
Unfortunately, the next delivery and the panels arrived in a different color, I didn't accept it, I wanted a refund and for them to finally take this crap away from me, but it turned out that if I want to return a product that is not as described, I have to pay 49. 99 for the return, where the panel costs 39 pounds.
You need to call them at least 6 times before you get an answer. 2 of my panels had damage, lucky I ordered an extra panel and also had to put one damaged on the wall.

Louise sorted the problem quickly for me and even responded to messages out of office hours. She is a star!
I rang back to ask about putting them on a carrier, they organised a driver to bring them to us (obviously at our cost) and they were delivered the same day!!!
They sent me two panels in a different color and poor quality, thinner crap, unfortunately the employee had already cut one panel, so I couldn't return it, after exchanging emails we agreed that they would take one panel and send two correct ones for an additional fee.
Bought some wood panelling from New Hall was apprehensive at first due to price however the quality is spot on and no different to that at B&Q that's nearly double the price.
I recently bought a house and I &struggled to purchase quality goods at reasonable price but I found the Newhall interiors on Facebook and I haven’t looked back.
Ricky was extremely helpful at each visit, showing us the choices available for beds, mattresses and encouraging us to test out the sofas for the best comfort & recliner controls.
After the driver set off we had realised we were a pack short and Ella organised for us to get a delivery on their next run in three days!!!!

Quality excellent and original delivery was quick.
I emailed & was told they wouldn't exchange & the darker Walnut was not in stock.
They arranged for it to be collected & a refund was issued straight away.
We read all the reviews & thought we would take a chance.
I bought wall panels, the first delivery was delayed, I waited a month, but they arrived, good quality, nice panels, unfortunately it turned out that I had to buy two more and the problems started.
Ordered weeks ago and no communication.
We ordered outside panelling, but unfortunately, it wasn't suitable for what we needed it for.
Been trying to phone the driver and the company and noone is answering.
Order online and delivered within specified times and able to track the driver on the day.
Ella was lovely, so professional, and couldn't do enough to help us, the driver was lovely too.
I would highly recommend this company and will definitely be ordering with them again.
I definitely ordered the dark shade of Walnut from the site.
I highly do not recommend this company, they are scammers and thieves, I paid for a total of 9 panels, I have 8 of them, including two that are not as described, on their website they warn against fakes, and then they send such crap.
Brilliant quality product delivery driver Chris was brilliant and although busy kept me informed about running late and phoned me when he was 30 minutes away.
Needed extra panels and when received were a slightly different shade.
