To be honest I'm getting more and more angry.

Now I only have one location with one lump sum to access my pension, making it far easier to keep tabs on everything.
Nest pension made it easy to transfer another pension I had with legal & general to them so all my pensions were under one pension.
Worse customer service, they take no ownerships and hide behind auto reply messages.
People work here should be ashamed of themselves.

I can't understand why you don't already know how much Staffline pay into my pension.
Unfortunately, my Nest pension has barely grown in the last couple of years, as my employer has failed to make any statutory payments.
There are no pride, no customer service and just a total amateurs.
Transfer of my funds from another pension pot to nest was done professionally and within a short space of time it was transferred with no hassle at all.
I phoned the nest team and they sorted it out in minutes.
Nest made it easy to consolidate all my existing pension pots into one.
Smooth transition, love the nest app, ease of use etc.
The whole process took less than a week and I was updated at all points through the transfer.

The new added security requirement is a tad annoying (having to receive a code via text or email) but hey.
