My-store refunded quickly as per their terms of service.
I tried to open the page of the product again and now they have taken it down, if I click on the product "404 error" comes up. It is ridiculous.
My order hasn’t arrived placed on 22Nov. , a children’s magic drawing set £39. 95. I have sent e. mails asking what is happening because the tracking says in transit but never moves.
In the meantime I just happened to look at my bank statement and saw an unknown transaction for £85-50 and a transaction fee of £2-19.
Have tried to contact multiple times however no response received.
The prices aren’t always the best but a quick comparison will avoid mistakes.

The fact that we have to pay before getting the merchandise is not super cool because if we want to return an article the money is not coming back but set a side for the next order.
I ordered 4 of the same: 3 were ok, even though one looks old, 1 I had to return as it wasn't the correct product. Causes unnecessary work.
I not only wear compression socks, I also add compression calf sleeves and knee braces compression.
A good suggestion is to try Zalando yourself and see how customer experience is fantastic.
I am doubtful if I will get any response but if I do I will review again.

I can't say enough about my RMS sock aid, when I ordered it they offered free shipping, but I need it delivered to my door(I am disable) I can not go to my mailbox, so I called them and asked if they had a paid option.

The person said they would ship it UPS FOR FREE(I offered to pay).
If I could give it less than one star I would.
Sent an email e after weeks they reply that the product is not eligible for return.
I immediately phoned my bank, they cancelled my card and looked into it.
When I tried tracking it I was asked for a £1 payment and would get tracking info, also wanted bank details and would be charged £24-50 every month!!! I dont think so.
Took ages to send my order then I got a mus instead of a specialist tool.
It is a fantastic donner and it is true you can put on compression socks with it.
If you've paid for something you haven't received, you might be able to get your money back.
Purchased a pot after reading in the product description that it was eligible for free return through the preprinted label to be found in the parcel.

Just to update I have still NOT received my purchased item... still have NOT received a reply to the numerous emails I have sent and therefore have still NOT recieved my money back.
I have just sent another e. mail requesting a refund so I can buy another Xmas gift at this late stage.
Your card provider can ask the seller's bank to refund the money.
After several calls and mails we received a table BROKEN. 2 months of calls (waiting online up to 1. 5 hours)!!!!! 24 mails we have received an answer "get rid of the table we will transfer the money back ".
Otherwise quality is very good.
