I finally get through to someone on their chat page, who at first sends me a random DHL link saying it was ordered (this was a lie), then said he couldnt find my order, then eventually found my order and said it was in stock.

However, site communication should be improved for a number of aspects.
A week went by and I still hadnt received notification it was dispatched, DHL's website also said they hadnt received it.

I recently ordered a product that was in stock, which was supposed to arrive in 1-3 days.
And also thank you for an extra treat you guys threw in there.
For example, it's advertised that one can pay with Paypal, but I always had to pay with credit card because Paypal was never presented as an option during check out.
After i purchase my order they usually get it into portugal within a week. So i'm satisfied.
I then called the number in the order email, this goes straight to voicemail.
Good quality products at reasonable prices .
