I purchased two rather expensive products from Mueller, totally 140 euro, Both were defective, when I try to return them in store, they refused a refund and we're horrifically insulting.
Also the muller cat food is the only one that in my opinion looks decent and smells good.
so annoying!!! they only sent me 1 article when I was supposed to receive 3 and now they're making me fill out paperwork for it.
Excellent shop, super friendly customer service, I buy here the best organic products, they have the best soy milk, breakfast cereals, candies, hygene products.
Also they take forever to respond.
Unfriendly, incompetent Müller management and Müller saleswomen who have never had any training as saleswomen.
If you are not careful, the Müller saleswomen have always scanned and cashed the product twice for some customers, especially with expensive items, and then stole the second product.
The Müller saleswomen are constantly causing problems with customers.
The management and the Müller saleswomen are only in front of the cash register but are always very unfriendly and give no advice.
This company is a an absolute disgrace.
They used to have a line of natural shampoos of their organic line with a green and white packaging and "Linden" written on that were superb for a ridiculously cheap price and is such a pity they stop producing them.
