MoEa have been completely incapable of keeping up with the their own return process, managing their own vendor or simple administrative tasks such replying to a message.
The design is well-made and feels durable.
Will be returning to shop for a full refund.
I wear these shoes every day to go to work and sit all day in my office chair.

Terrible quality.
I was super excited to find this company as the product seemed cool and the idea was awesome, but ultimately they just stole from me and ghosted my contacts. 1st ever 1 star rating for any service and they deserve it.
Smudged printing and loose seams, and small for size, sent back for a replacement and larger size, had to contact several times as wasn't given tracking code, found out from delivery company after lots of back and forth that it had arrived 10 days earlier, contacted through email and online messages 5 or 6 times before I got a response, instead of given replacement it was processed as a partial refund, again tried to contact several times and FINALLY for the first time got a series of human responses after finding a facebook contact, was apologised to and promised the full refund as it was their mistake.
I ordered a pair of sneakers at the end of March - it is the 22nd May and I have not had delivery or a refund even though I have chased on a weekly basis and been assured the issues were being sorted out.
Seams coming apart, logo fading. Worn just 3 times.
I have been emailing, messaging on FB messenger and commenting on FB posts with no response.
I don't have any 'special' use for these shoes; I don't even use them to go to parties...
Now months later, no refund and ghosted on the Facebook messanger contact and same non customer service through emails and online chat service.
After only a few months of use (5-6), the natural leather started to tear, and the seams broke.
It is printed in 4 different places and has a long text written on one side which is too much for my liking.
I purchased the incorrect size arranged a return (after chasing) and then purchased correct size.
The (extremely poor) customer service offered me at least a voucher for it's worth, which I accepted before it turned out they aren't wearable anymore, but I should have exchanged them.
So I waited months for hundreds of euros.
However, the shoe has their name printed way too much.
First of all: My first pair of shoes is about to fall apart just a year after buying them.
However: For my last order they just didn't refund my return (had to return it because the shoes didn't fit).
To pay 160€ for this quality is just a joke.
No shoes No refund No explanation ...
The product itself is great but the frankly horrific customer service leads you to question the authenticity of the brand and real concern that you are being ripped off!
* Today I receive a shipment notification of the shoes..... ... guess what, they are sending me shoes 6 sizes smaller than I ordered.
No issue bombarding my email with their near daily self congratulatory emails and constant sales or new products but not a single thought or effort given to the customer service side of the company.
They clearly have no clue of what they are doing :( I just want my money back and forget about this absolute trainwreck of a company.
