Long delivery times, and complete wrong bottom half of bed delivered to me after 7 weeks, then 2 weeks after to fix this mistake, went to put the new bed legs on and the first one immediately snapped in my hand…. Dreadful quality.
Delivery time should be 3 days ( it’s written on their website and on my receipt)but they’ve changed it to 6 weeks without any explanation.
Online order is ok but collecting in store is always a problem.
The delivery took a while (5 weeks), but I was told it would take 5 weeks in the store already before paying, so no surprise there.
I'm waiting 6 weeks now for simple chairs, and it got extended 2 times so far with 3 weeks in total.
Would highly recommend NOT to purchase any furniture, especially beds from here.
Not so good when it comes to packaging and transporting goods..
We moved to a new house few month ago and bought Sofa,bed and few more items.
Bought a sofa which costs over 20k arrived THREE MONTHS later than the delivery date we agreed on when I purchased.
Very disappointed waiting so long !!
I give 2 stars because the quality can be better than average, although I had bad quality items from them unfortunately.
I contacted mio 10 days ago but haven't heard anything back except we're checking this.
I've heard that some things can break, and solving this issue can be painful, but luckily, I've never experienced this issue myself.
I am extremely dissatisfied as its a total loss of my money.
Customer service is good but product not.
I ordered a bed in the Mio store in the center in February, the employee that placed the order was very helpful and patient (I was there exactly around closing time).
Staff has wrong information, I bought a bed which is very soft whereas I ordered a hard one.
We received a promotional flier with some discounts and for this reason we visited the butique.
i ordered a bed and after 8 weeks i received the wrong color.
When unpackning the chairs they were both not in a good shape screw missing, wood cracked.
Some items will certainly be missing from the order and then you’ve to match it and follow up.
We bought two chairs for outside at Mio.
I was lucky to order from them because they were the cheapese but before checking trustpilot.
Staff on the other hand seems to be not taken care of, they could definitely use a bit more people in the stores to help the daily process for customer satisfaction.

Overpriced, always late with delivery and the products are often not as a good as advertised...
I was surprised to see so many negative reviews.
The shop is overall very high priced to the generally "IKEA" quality or sometimes worse, not to mention that the delivery times are ridiculously long, and are not accurate / often get extended in the last minute.
It was all snowy and they offered free delivery but told it will take 2 more weeks due to weather, so we picked it up ourselves!!
Generally speaking, low quality. we never buy again from mio despite of they offer Discounts.
Not happy with their service at all.
Bought a table set around 15k, it came with flaws.
Luxury, Comfortable and Perfect items, it's made from Special material Homes furniture i 💕 Love it .
We have always noticed high quality/price standard on the products Mio sells.
In the end it gets resolved but it’s hassle and twice driving to the store.
Both time, I got no explanations neither compensations, only cold and robotistic notices.
Mio makes great design furniture, but as some people have mentioned, there are sometimes long delivery times.
Huge delays, we ordered a couch in August, got delayed and delayed , receiver it after 13 weeks!!!
My first and only experience with them was smooth.
According to customer service, the flier is just for inspiration (one could wonder why they put prices in it! ), which in our opinion is not an index of integrity.
