I called my Credit card company fifteen minutes after I order it .
Unauthorised debits from my account and I have never signed up to their service! CROOKS!
SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!
They charged close to $30 showing . 99 cents for their trial version.
I signed in to pay for a $1. 99 IQ TEST & I end up finding out that they have signed me up for $120 per month plan taking monies out of my account illegally without my knowledge .
Scam!
Moreover, it does not allow users to cancel their subscription within the free trial period, effectively forcing them to extend it into the paid version.
I thought I was buying a book abstract and was charged $25.
I contacted them and they offered to refund me only 50% .
Their email address isn’t legit.
Excellent customer service so anyone looking to use them will be well supported.

Having tried to take money as mindscapeapp. io, they now tried to change their name to attempt to fool the bank. AVOID! Update!!!
Just got scammed by these guys last night.
I have never met such a criminal enterprise such as mindscape app .
This app is a scam, can't sign in tried to get new password, nothing was sent to email when requested.
such a waste of time and money. they just keep charging my card for things I did not want or authorize.....

They have add-on subscriptions they put in there right as you’ve registered for initial subscription.
Although I cancelled my subscription, I was charged with almost $40!

When reporting the issue, customer support cynically responds that they are unaware of the problem and cannot issue a refund, but they will "kindly" cancel the subscription for me.
Instead, I was charged $25 plus another $14 plus another $8.
They overcharged my credit card with unauthorized payments and failed to provide the service they promised.
Once you sign up, they continuously take money.
My bank tried to help but they weren’t successful in preventing the fraudelent activity & I am still paying that amount monthly still to this day . How does this work !
They try to charge you for the app very similarly named to the free version.
They charge your card and it’s impossible to log into the app.
Same horrible experience as others have posted, got charged for a subscription "extra subscription" that I never signed up for, company policy is no returns under any circumstance.
Update: after this review, they sent me an email saying they couldn’t see my email yet I used my email to sign in to the point of subscription.
They email you can use the course for 3 months but no refund .

They market themselves and entice you then trick you into subscribing for nothing! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!!
I emailed the appropriate email to cancel and got a confirmation email that they are working on it but the $25. 99 charges went trough.
To the owner of this website, please stop immediately we will not hesitate to take legal steps to protect our good name.
Ridiculously - no app, no change in the payment methods in the profile, etc.
Contacted Support and (Catherine) was very understanding and cancelled / refunded me.
