I bought a trench in this shop and the price was pretty low compared to other stores but you can really rely on this shop.
I'm waiting for a response from you and the seller with a real tracking number for the moment it's a scam until proven otherwise.
Update : it's never going to be delivered and will not be payed back totally!!
I made a return at the end of November. It's January now.
Miinto didn't inform me about the fact that the package couldn't be delivered by UPS, didn't accept to change the address of arrival so that I could get it somewhere else, and now the package is currently being returned to Italy where it was sent from.
I am happy after receiving the product.
I did contact them to try and resolve the issue, which was hard as there is no phone number and a massive delay in response times.
I can now open a real claim.
Otherwise the rest is good.
The delivery took a bit long with 7 days but disregarding, I had a great experience with this shop and I can highly recommend it.
As such I’ve changed this review to 4/5 stars.
The money still hasn't been returned.

I ordered for Dolce and Gabana Moccasin bernini shoes and I was delivered Dolce and Gabana Moccasin classic black with logo plated.
But eventually (after I wrote a poor review) soemone got back to me and was very helpful.
I was sent an item that did not match the description on the website.
The shoe I ordered is not what was delivered.
Thank you for sending my order today as soon as possible.
If errors appear, they try to correct them so that in the end you obtain the articles you needed.
Yet another disappointment, I feel like I've come across the wrong seller indeed it took me no more than two minutes to find the seller these contact details his telephone number etc and you have just told me that you did you get any response from him?
