Mine is the Automatic HYBRID ZS TROPHY and my HUSBAND MG HS TROPHY MANUAL.
Hendy Crawley will not book the car in till MG confirm whether to replace the unit or send away and repair.

Charge it to full 100% and it says 140 Miles but your lucky if it does anywhere near that,seems for every 10 miles you do you lose 14 miles !!
I own a MG4 since February of this year.
Warranty isn't worth the paper it is written on either and nothing but problems when trying to obtain parts, never seem to be available.
If there was another MG dealer locally, I would certainly not use Bristol North.
Reason they are cheap is because they are awful... this is a brand new one and im selling it at a loss to get a car with some real range.
Despite multiple visits to the dealership, I’ve had no resolution, and now I’m facing delays with a hire car approval, causing significant inconvenience.
And the service which was mostly a visual inspection cost me £240 for about 1. 5 hours.

I had the second year service carried out yesterday on my MG4 by Bristol North Drive Vauxhall.
The build quality is poor and materials flimsy,the boot parcel shelf feels like its cardboard.

I have a 9 month old MG ZS that has been starting up without a key in the ignition or anyone in the car.
Would never buy an MG car again based on the service alone.
