Material absolutely awful black material all over me house every where she walks.
After reading lots of bad reviews after I had ordered, I was quite anxious waiting on my order for Christmas it did take a while however all arrived and the both tracksuits were excellent quality just oddly one was much smaller than the other even though they were the same size, I returned and received my refund for one no problems at all.
Warehouse problems cited after having chased them. Poor handling. Poor customer service.
Great communication when there was a slight delay in delivery of my items.
This was also the same with hood Rich ones I also brought her for £25 why are these people using such crap cheap material…. wouldn’t mind if they cost £4.
Purchased a few things for my son, quality is fine.
Purchased a varsity jacket as a gift for Christmas, returned the item back 27th December and still waiting for my refund we are now in February, I emailed Mercier back In January which they got back to me and informed they would issue refund that week and haven’t heard from them since. Still no refund!!
Order #284842 confirmed on 6th Feb but still says being processed.
Brought daughter black MERCIER joggers for £30. 00.
Delivery 5-7 days it says.
For this reason I can't fault there customer service.
Would use again so thanks Mercier.
But still no refund or credit note.

Downloading endless apps is annoying enough these days, especially some 3rd party company you need to share data with.
There doesn’t seem anyway to track your goods, other than download some other companies app (Shop).
So could you confirm if the order is coming if not my money back .
Sent it back immediately and two weeks later still waiting for new coat to arrive.
After getting in touch with them they did help resolve my issues and must have been because of warehouse moving.

My son had seen the coat we ordered in the Stockport store however his size wasn’t in store I was directed towards the online shop and found ordering simple-the delivery was quick even though it was over the Xmas period.

Original coat returned as branding started to come off after only a few wears.

The quality of the product is excellent and has proved it’s worth especially during this cold weather!
Quick refund applied when I had to return an item which did not fit.
Son loves his new coat so couldn’t be bothered to exchange or complain as doesn’t really effect use.
Unfortunately one of the toggles on the hood has come unstitched so comes out of its eyelet housing where it should stay hidden.
I was very pleased with my order, my grandson loves the hoodie and shirt.
The best part is getting them from your company and England since we have relatives living there.
First purchase from your site but very happy with my order can't fault in anyway quality off the coat was spot on thank you guys keep up the good work.
