This is the 5th time I have ordered from this company and it blows my mind how every time I order, I can collect my parcel/order less than 24 hours after.

TOOK ZERO RESPONSIBILITY THAT I WAS ABLE TO SELECT A PAKKESHOP ON THEIR WEBSITE PICK LIST THAT ACTUALLY SHOULD NOT BE ON THEIR PICKLIST BECAUSE IT DOESN'T REALLY EXIST.
Very fast free delivery, and package was packed nicely with all the products ensured to not break in the delivery process.

I don’t know how they manage to get that fast delivery but I never experienced better and faster delivery services.
But the order went wrong when unboxing on 10 th April : -(… bottle with liquid leaked out , some goods in the same box were somehow damaged and were squeezed out opened, dented or leaked out.
The delivery was super fast !
After I wrote an email to customer service about the incident, the customer service responded and resend me the damaged items immediately without any fuss ! Fantastic service!
