When I opened account, no one told me online purchases are available ONLY at 6 stores.
I was so frustrated Cz I made 2 attempts to open an account, instead of helping to delight the customer, they pushed it to each other and turned me down.
They don’t really care if you can get your credit card as their already have huge customer base..

There rates with the atm's at the airport are insane, there answer.. check with your local bank.. i know what my bank ask for fees.. but ontop of that your rates are 30% higher.

Maybank slammed a Rm 800 credit card fee and refused to waive it after 2 appeals.
They insisted i spend RM 80,000 per year on the card and i was just a couple of thousand short as i was also using my other card from another bank.
Recently it fails to detect the transaction to be approved for around 10 minutes or even worst it haywires for more than half an hour!
I then stopped using their card and close my accounts with them.

I went to the flagship branch at Battety Road and they turned me down Cz I need to bring my physical ID.
My problem is cannot log in to Internet banking to see my credit card statement and not even via the Maybank App.
The online system is very user friendly including its latest update on its user interface.
I went home to pick up my ID and rushed down again but I must admit I went there slightly late due to work. The branch closes at 6. 30 and I reached at 6. 20pm.
It's taking forever to open an account.

Had a great Maybank experience with Hanafi at the SS6 branch.
After 2 months received report mention that was my dad fault and he must pay the full amount with interest, CS said no need to pay but now charge with interest and tell us that the interest cannot be wave, so ridiculous!
Made it a point to keep us updated on the processes and necessary sign offs.
I have tried to on hold for almost 40 mins, nobody pick up the call.
Thay have MAE product, and accept from few certain countries only ... concern to attract elite like daughters of diplomatics only! Shame on them.

This is very embarassing to be called as the biggest bank in Malaysia.
I am now in search of another bank.
