Our only slight grumble would be that delivery was on a wet day and the delivery men did not wear shoe covers when they came into our house - we questioned this and they said they were not supplied with any that fitted properly.

The serial number on the TV is different to the one on the delivery box by one digit and the Samsung site leaves a lot to be desired. Took me 2 hours.
