I like the range of products and the speed of delivery.
I would lie if i said I never had any problems with the delivery, but the products are exactly what I order, they are well packaged (I love the brown paper instead of the plastic wrapping), and when I had problems, customer service replied fast, and fixed the problem right away.
Fortunately the products I ordered were still inside.
My products were delivered quickly and satisfied with my orders.
Telephone timming is only minor hours in tuseday and Thursday.

Great place to buy the skin care products for a much cheaper price, I’m a regular customer here ordering for my family’s skincare products specially for my kids.
I wrote them 3 days before and today try to call but suddenly they update on website that telephone is closed on 17 dec 24.
I have noticed however that the prices have been rising over the last few months, and I find the same products cheaper elsewhere.
I've been a customer for 5, 6 years now, and If the service stay the same, I see no reason to terminate my cancel my subscription.
I also have only good experience with their customer service.
Only positives, I recommend.

My order was never delivered and I had already paid for the perfume, their phone number is not working, chat bots are not available and emails ain’t being responded.

PS: the products that i received which are not same as the pictures on Luxplus online, they are old version.
