It seems like ludwig.guru went mad. Instead of correcting my sentence, it copies it twice, in first version it takes away commas and dots only to add them in the second version as a correction, without making any real corrections to the sentence. and when I click support, I get message that the bot I am looking for does not exist. also, when I just duplicated the tab with ludwig.guru, I was immediately charged for another correction.
I have found that Ludwig stays truest to the precision of my language.
I often recommend Ludwig. guru to people who share my frustration with using AI for writing, and that it often takes just as long or longer because AI rewrites require review and oversight - if one has critical thinking skills and wants to be precise in their terms, at least.
Ludwig is the best English buddy, it answers my 100 queries per day and stays cool.
Ludwig charges you a subscription fee eventhough you cancelled the subscription. totally fraud, never try!!!

Luckily, I submitted a complaint to my credit card provider and received a refund from my bank.
I love the desktop app, it’s always running on my Mac.

As someone else reviewed below, support feels like a scam, but it's even more of a scam to be charged on the first day of my trial and give no recourse to correct the problem.
Low-level app with no customer service.
Grammarly is much better.
I think it is one of the few that is using AI responsibly because it provides references to real sources for double-checking the results. Highly recommended!

I'm a dentist and I use Ludwig to write scientific papers, emails to colleagues and projects.
Last year I use it more often than previously sine new helpful options have been added.
The feature I like the most is Library.
Ludwig is an awesome tool that helps me find the right words for my ideas.
I was offered a 15-day trial, but was charged immediately.
My biannual membership automatically renewed without any prior notification, and they do not offer refunds.
Avoid like the plague and don‘t enter your payment credentials.
I have checked my card and the transaction was alright, the money withdrawn and the service not delivered.
Ludwig doesn't take as much liberty with my original content and intent.
They don't even have an option to contact them in a convenient way, you just fill in the form and wait for eternity.
The 15-day trial is a scam: ludwig. guru immediately charges you the subscription fee.
I paid for an annual membership twice—once in November 2024 and again in February 2025, but neither was activated.
Add insult to fu**ing injury: I don‘t have premium benefits anyway and I can’t even delete my payment details.
If I were a new customer, I could obtain this membership at a much lower cost.
The website's features are good, but the paid membership sucks.
They have FAQ section where they admit the existence this problem and ask to write to the support if it happens.
Even by cancelling the subscription within 15 days, you are not going to have your money back. This is called FRAUD.
I tried to email them with no response. I wouldn't recommend it.
I canceled my yearly subscription on November 29, 2024, ahead of the renewal date, and received confirmation from Ludwig Guru that my membership was canceled.
Very useful app, I have been using it during my PhD, and it really helped me in the writing process.
I was able to upload some papers in my field and tailored my search results based on my writing needs and interests.
Moreover, there are no discounts or benefits for continuing members.
In spite of English is not my mother tongue with Ludwig Guru I generate documents at my work even better than my colleagues who are native speakers.
To make things worse, there is no way to contact customer support.
