L&Q staff are polite enough to be fair but unless they stop using cheap contractors to NOT complete their jobs... then they're always going to have problems.
The issue with the mold was not solved however, when they came they had only painted over the mold.
4 days without heating and hot water, and all they can say is "be patient".
My daughter who had a Caesarian 4 weeks ago with a new baby has been without hot water or heating for 48hours.
Called L&Q who booked a carpenter to board up the window.
I will describe him in my opinion and experience, that he was Brilliantly Brilliant.
They are a bunch of amateur using lousy contractors. 100% of the first appointments for repair (5 hours slots) are missed.
No hot water is not heater.
The boiler company was horrendous, taking 4 weeks to fix my boiler, L&Q are dealing with the complaint, but the engineer who came on this occasion, 12th Feb, was brilliant.
After continuously calling l&q and being told numerous stories waiting for the manager of the energy dept AMY to authorise it, that still has not been done.
I raised an issue twice I had with a repair that was done to my front door where the lock failed.
