Used love holidays a couple times now .
I believe I had booked a direct flight to Barcelona but when I went back to check it I was stopping off in Amsterdam!
This really is a genuinely great service.
There was only one time that the seats on the flights was wrong but it wasn't love holidays fault it was Ryanairs fault but love holidays was great helping sorting it out for me.
Was easy to book holiday and I paid straight away.
I had contacted them initially.
I incorrectly input my sisters surname, mis-typed and left out the last letter.
Booked my holidays through love holidays for the first time last year, I’ve went on two more since and I booked off this app I’m going on holidays again in 10 days and to Rhodes in october.
I've always book with love holidays for my holidays as it's always strait forward.
Thought it might be overwhelming as used to using a travel agent but it is literally step by step.
Booking our trip away was hassle free.
The flexibility of spreading the payments makes things so much simpler.
We had to change our hotel and there was no issue.
Great choice of hotels, also times of flights.
But when I tried to add extra luggage took 4 days to give me a price.
We always shop around before we book but always end up back with Love Holidays!
I tried to extend my week to tour around Sicily but it was not possible to have my return flight a week later.
Don't bother booking through this greedy, profiteering travel company.
Choice of Hotel /Apartment is very welcoming.
The prices are very good.
It is so easy to find great deals to suit you and there are some great deals available.
Amazing value on holidays too.
The fact that you can spread your payments is vèy handy.

Great, straightforward website, very easy to book a holiday with essential information such as distance from the resort etc. given.
I am always satisfied with the service and offers ,this is one of the reasons why I take my family to the same place every year.
I still say great company but try to resolve minor issues quicker or allow a customer to make a change themselves as Ryanair do, up to 3 letters with no penalties and can be done straight away.
I found customer service was very good.
Great service never had a problem with them and will continue to use it.
Staff all tell you different things, tell you they're doing something and then simply don't bother.
Never a manager available and letters of complaint are simply ignored.
Lies, misinformation and the worst experience with a travel company in my entire life.
I’ve used love holidays many times and they have always made my holiday experience easy, seamless and enjoyable.
Would recommend them going forward.
