It's been 3,5 months that I am waiting for pick up from Lazada which is supposed to have a free return policy.
They promised 14 times the transport company would come. NOTHING never happened.
This place is littered with counterfeit items, scammy sellers, and lazada seem to take no responsibility for the fact. I’ve lost over 100. 000 THB on this site.
You’d be better off taking the money you would spend on Lazada and setting fire to it.
Lazada as a shop is actually fine by my own experience.
But after waiting >10 days, my case has disappeared in their record & nothing was done.
I had some very ambivalent experiences with Lazada.
Lazada have lost the plot when it comes to customers.
The really huge problem is their own Laz/LEX delivery service!
This will generate charge back issues for Lazada, and they may finally fix their bad behavior.
I almost call them every day now, and they always answer : Apologies, We understand your frustration, We will escalate, The transport company will come for sure, bla bla bla.
At the same time we bought a desk clock.
Now it’s filled with fake goods and scammers who just send any old rubbish if they don’t have the item you ordered.
Customer service (if you can get through) just quote the obvious off their little cue cards.
Called again, new apologies, case has not yet been actioned upon by security department.
It is 'Buyer Beware' and Lazada only care about their commissions - not about customer care!
Lazada do not have a proper cancellation policy and customer care are purposely vague and lie to you.
They send counterfeit fake items and refuse to return your money.
In many cases everything worked out perfectly, the scheduled delivery times were met, the drivers made a good job and the products were as described in the shop.
I then noticed other customers had been scammed in same way by same seller.
is getting worse by the year... especially on that stupid APP more and more crowded... the designer should be retrained... refunds very hard to access and time consuming...
I recently wanted to change my mobile phone number, but the only way to do so is to receive an OTP to my old mobile number which has been deactivated.
Waiting times on phone around 20 minutes, no information why account is locked (can assure, nothing wrong).
I have been buying from Lazada frequently for 5 years now.
Low quality knock-offs and bad sellers who mark items as packed so you can’t cancel, despite them taking 1 week + to dispatch.
First time they promised to respond but did not, second time finally replied and said 7 day return period expired (they took more than 7 days to reply!! ).
Seller just provided automated replies with no possibility to resolve.
I requested a refund for wrong items sent - no reply from sender and Lazada made an arbitrary decision to refund one item out of three ?
I called their online support 18 times, my wife called them 5 times on the phone.

Me and my wife bought asics shoes from lazada Order no: 948177672958166 The shoe doesn't fit well.
The product was starting to bubble as was warm.
Rang each week for four weeks and got different stories each time from people who clearly had not bothered to read the complaint and once told full refund in 24 hours and the next time told I had to do things that I already had done!!!
Many of these items were big money orders like computers and TV's + many more.
Sellers advertising items locally then drop ship it from China meaning something you wanted urgently takes weeks to arrive.
It shuts down shops then allows the fraudsters and scammers to open new ones !!
asked seller to send me a link for massage chair which massages and heats all body parts.
Ordered the chair but got a chair which does not have any heat (seller claims the back is heated), there is no compression massage, and missing are neck, arm, hand, and leg massage.
You will lose your money here. edit... i closed my Lazada account after more than 500 orders over 12 years with them.
