I have to package the tables (with what?! ), then wait for them to get to the warehouse, then have a quality team assess them, and IF they are assessed as poor quality, I’ll get a refund.
I bought goods from here online worth 254 euros and never received them.
It has arrived with chips to the wood, a draw damaged and scratched.
I ordered a couple of knapkins and they arrived without any issues and within the timeline, plus it had a paper sheet explaining how to return it in case I wanted and with all the necessary documentation already there.

Two small side tables are really rubbish quality with cheap paint, marking easily, scratching easily, and showing signs of wear despite being barely used and almost brand new.

The carrier of La Redoute FORGED MY SIGNATURE (which is of course a crime btw) and even wrote my name wrong on the delivery note.
It is a whole saga where I need to keep calling them and they need to go back and forth with carrier.

Also, need to return a rug, and even though a courier is meant to be coming, picking up from the same location and taking to the same location, I have to book and pay separately for the rug to be collected? It makes no sense.
The returns procedure is a little more tedious than in France or Spain (you have to manually fill out a form with all the details of all the items) but returns are processed and refund very quickly.
I have been trying to get my money back from La Redoute even though it is not the customers responsibility to try to track a clearly stolen package.
According to the courier, it’s only expected to arrive next Monday, meaning over two weeks of waiting.
Email, phone calls and WhatsApp ignored.
Good quality mostly, nice design.
Ordered on 10 January. Now 30 January.
Ordered several times furniture for living room and bedroom.
I can’t comment on the product’s quality yet, but it’s unacceptable for a company to take so long to deliver an order.
