Lampenwelt is 0 helpfull cuz they dont feel responsible as long as the stuff is sent through DPD…I pay Lampenwelt and they should find the solution if I dont get what I ordered on their website!!!!

A company who owns a company (lights. co. uk) that will contravene UK trading standards by false advertising - advertising a light with remote and then no remote control is provided.

I received two separate deliveries from two different companies during finally the same day.
Also I appreciated that I was informed of the delayed delivery dates twice.
They even stated they would send it so I asked my electrician to add the light.

I wanted to return half the items as well - immediately got return labels for a lamp but the company told me I can keep the bulbs as they want to reduce unnecessary transport and CO2 emissions. I am very impressed.
The Stehlampe was good, but the Lampshade and the Shelf did not match our furniture decoration, so we had to return it, unfortunately!
Setting it up took long though.
- They delivered my order concerning same product on 2 different days ( 2 units one day and some days after the last unit)- but didnt tell me in advance.

In my case the LED lamp stopped working after almost a year of use.
It's not too big so it goes perfectly where I want to use it.
Now I am stuck - they won't confirm they will pay for the work to take old light down / add new light on and they won't even send a replacement.
But it didn't stop there – when I encountered a more technical issue, they scheduled a remote session with a specialist who resolved it swiftly. Talk about dedication!

I am rarely so positively impressed with a company’s customer service.
I experienced all of these: Packages lost, sent to the wrong adress, articles delivered totally damaged, articles missing inside the package or in the worst case noboby had any clue where tha Box was delivered.
We're very happy with our new dining table light.
The solution they provided: flicking light switch on and off quickly (like a strobe affect) will act as a dimmer.
In other words, I received a refund for the first one that broke while mounting and attaching the shade.
Ivon from the service center answered me, she is very kind, very helpful she speaks english fluently. she treat me in very professional way. you can be proud that you have such employee in your company. i can admit , she gave me a feeling that I am the most important customer and my issue will be resolve.
Fairly easy to install and easy to control with the app.

The articles are sent with DPD , which never disappoints with its horrible service.
It takes ages to send their articles from Germany to Austria.
Please include in the purchase procedure the possibility to ask the client if he/she wants to wait with possible earlier deliveries and combine all in a later one when the last item is available for delivery.
