The led Neons came very fast with a tracked shipment.
I purchased lamp online from the web-page with Norwegian domain and text and therefore it did not occur to me that the shop actually was not Norwegian and that it was located abroad.
So I've received a damaged stool that cost approx £600. 00.
They were also able to beat the lowest price online by an extra 5% which is excellent!
When returning the parcel, I got to know that it should be sent back to Denmark.
Assume it was damaged during shipping.
Not a big issue, but when spending 10000 nok, should be less sloppy with details.
After contacting the seller was sent a new lamp immediately.
I've ordered the lamp on Saturday night and it was delivered on Wednesday. well done.
It's pretty straight forwward.
Order arrived quickly as expected, and later had a very good experience with customer service following a manufacturing issue with one of the ordered lamps.
I assumed the delivery was at home, but I had to collect the lamp at the post office. probably I didn't pay enough attention to the delivery terms. in the manufacturer original box there was also a light bulb, so the one I purchased was avoidable. it would have been good to know there was already a light bulb in the package.
Besides, even though I ordered home delivery, I never got the parcel home. was too general and not helpful).
