I was then told to bring the faulty product back MYSELF, with taxi fees and time wasted.
The lady after 5 minutes of waiting told me that i should call them and gave me a number...
Unbelievable, surely no where in Europe has this policy !!!
Worst experience ever, I have buy an electric cooker and the oven, after all most one week they delivered, put it in the middle of the house and left.
They charge 8 euro for next day , although they advertise Next Day Delivery as their strong point.
The worst company yo purchase from again made the same mistake purchasing a laptop for Christmas the charger is faulty when I went to exchange it they told me I broke it.
I sent them immediately the same day photos (K:0089205982) of the part, together with the statement of the guys that made the installation attesting this and today 28/02 they call me asking me to pay €40 to obtain the part.
My 18 month old TV went down 6 weeks ago, nobody has phoned me and despite 3 trips to the shop, plus a 4th trip today, they insist it’s not their problem!.
The package was supposed to contain a smaller package with 14 Coffee capsules.
They never sent the technician to install,although I have paid for installation and they don’t inform me when I bought it, I paid other technician to install the cooker, stay away from Kotsovols please they are scammers!
On the 19th of February they delivered to me a new Libher Fridge/Freezer with a broken door part.
Unbelievable incompetence, lack of customer care and indeed respect of their customers.
They returned the money after another month and after our third visit in store.
They are bad company with bad customer support service,they dont follow the state laws of return (a product)and lie to you about your rights as a customer so not to except returns even if they sold you a faulty product.
If i had the option i would rate this company with zero stars.
She is in charge on mobile communication and she is so smart,so smart, helpful and pleasant human being that l just wish everyone was like her.
It’s clear that they can no longer compete effectively. Never again Kotsovolos. Stay away!!!!

If you want to buy a product in installments, you must have a Greek guarantor.
After purchasing many different items, I was delivered a fan WITHOUT stand or remote control.
Which mean that there is a serious problem of perception.
Like 1,5hours just to trace my order. 2 days had passed and no invoice, no proof of purchase, they just took my money.
I placed an order, all set for it, and while waiting to receive it they cancelled it without bothering noticing me about it.
In addition to ,l would like to refer to the security guy who did put in order someone that was looking the opportunity to steal my place in waiting to be served ( he noticed or he was told, and he remarked to him that l am first of him in the waiting line,very important).
Yesterday l visited the store in Thessaloniki, Tsimiski Str. I am beyond words.
Just told me again to wait for a phone call, up to another 2 weeks.
They are saying it’s Samsungs responsibility and the €104. 90 insurance isn’t relevant.
Despite the 1,5 hour patience, employee Eva Pakaki was the best, she is the dream of customer service.
And the faulty machine will stay with you until the period time of return expires. STAY AWAY!
I think that policy of Kotsovolos is a racist policy.
Bad customert service, faulse promise for fast delivery.
In serious companies don’t happen these things.
If you speak with the after sales support number they will tell you I'll convey your request and someone will call you back,but they will never do it.
They kept updating/changing the delivery date and after a month, we canceled the order ( which was already paid).
I waited a long time to be served by the one member of staff that was also doing "payment plans" and was told I could not purchase an electric heater or any other Kotsovolos product because I could not remember/provide my mobile number.
Cyprus shop :Worst online shopping ever.
Totally disgraceful, does this mean people who do not own a mobile phone cannot purchase their products.
Just tried to order something the site has a problem and would not allow me to put my tax number so i started a chat...
I just emailed the CEO (John Vasilakos - can be reached if you have a LinkedIn account) to express my feelings about his organisation.
The item that I purchased online has not been delivered and Kotsovolos are not replying to my emails or answering any of my phone calls.
