I have attempted to contact them multiple times by both phone and email, but I have not received any response.
Avoid this company like the plague.
Thank god I didn’t spend a lot with them.
Email after email telling me to be patient.
Therefore, I strongly advise against ordering products from this supplier.
They also mislead the consumer and lead you to believe they are located in the USA when in fact they are in CHINA!!!
I have been is dispute with my credit card company since December regarding this purchase as the merchant insists it is what I had ordered.
I don't hold out much hope getting me money back .

I have contacted several times and It is indicated that te products has been shipped, It is Now 1,5 months later and i still have not received anything.
Bought 3 nice polo tops, the company policy said 7 - 14 days delivery and now 5 months later was communicating with there help line via email and all I got was, it’s been delivered but I got nothing.
Claim still in transit 6 weeks later, send you a tracking number that Dosent work.
There reply saying it's a genuine company!
I ordered 2 items they sent one 3 weeks late and I have failed dismally in establishing any sort of contact.
Ordered strimmer head 2 weeks ogo, came today, delighted.

Total thieves do not buy from this site just tell you it’s in transit and give a fake tracking number lucky it was only £30😡😡total scumbags hope it was worth it.

I ordered a pair chinos from kingshop in June but they have stopped replying to my emails for a update on delivery .
I wish I’d looked it up before purchasing. Lesson learnt.
I also did report the Ad that YouTube ran on there platform!
Many weeks have passed no cushion or replies to my emails.
I ordered 2 Snow Joe battery operated snow shovels in November from a company called Hottamazza which apparently now is Kingshop and received 2 dollar store ice scrapers.
I ordered a Honda seat cushion for a present.
UPDATE As they actually never delivered anything I did get my money back from my credit company. but what a lot of hassle !!!! these companies should not be allowed to trade ..
