Concerning the point below, payment has been received in FULL for the 2019 year on december 27th as acknowledge by the team.
Another company was opened and was taken over by another accountant but was poor in communication for at least 3 months until I don't know where we are.
No responses to emails with questions, incorrectly filling my declarations, and not following up on concerns.
So poor communication and the services are deteriorating, too bad!
I was trying to decide between this firm and another similar one, the sales team convinced me that Keobiz had some advantages, however I'm sincerely regretting my decision and wish that I hadn't signed a 12 month contract.
