Even though it is written on the website, instead of being charged with one delivery cost, they charge you 1 delivery cost per book, plus, I had to pay VAT. (I live in Ireland).
Great resources on website.
I am very pleased with the way tuition went as we covered majority of the topics for such a big course.
The study kit is also way too bulky but not sure if that's because the subsequent levels are meant to fit into the same massive folder.
Mock exams weren't great.

customer service is appalling! the refused to reissue or refund an order that DPD lost and only reached out to me once i wrote a bad review. i responded the same day and they’ve ignored me since then.
Student services are really quick to respond and very helpful, the material provided by Kaplan is really detailed and includes a good balance of critical information and test questions to support understanding; the exam question builder is a great tool.
I have never had any issues that could not be solved with a quick call to Kaplan team.
After repeatedly chasing them for a resolution, I was given only a partial refund—and to make matters worse, I was still charged for the delivery, which never even happened!
I have been studying with Kaplan for a past 7 years (AAT, ACCA, and now CTA).
I have really enjoyed using the Kaplan books and am now confident that I understand their content very well.
Rather than offering help as advertised, the first option from them is to charge more than you have already paid for their service and send out links to terms and conditions in respect of time limits.

Sarah also responds back to emails very quickly which is great when you have an emergency.
Every student learns at a different pace - something Kaplan should be more sympathetic of rather than prioritizing profit as a default priority.

I brought an exam kit from Kaplan, it was delivered surprisingly early and the packaging was great also.
All of the online materials are really easy to access and the staff tutors who deliver lessons are really approachable and when i have sought online support, tutors get back to you very quickly.
All aspects are 5*!
Difficult to navigate and find useful things.
I do distance learning and I find kaplan's study books so easy to follow.
It could benefit from an autostart function for videos, the ability to retain playback speed (so that when you click on the next video you don't have to change the speed again), and volume consistency (some videos are very quiet).
Amazing customer service and it is a great study provider!
I am currently studying for Financial management with Sarah Lewis who is a fantastic tutor to learn from.
I was nervous about my first exam, but when i started, it seemed that even the questions were similar to all the test ones kaplan gave me and i ended up with a really good grade.
While Kaplan's books are well-regarded for their quality, my experience with their customer service was nothing short of frustrating.
The admin people are extremely nice and helpful.
They respond to no emails regarding a return of my order which they received back 2 weeks ago, despite sending 4 emails.
If you're considering ordering from Kaplan, be prepared for potential delivery issues and a frustrating refund process.
Any issues I've had are resolved timely - Nathan helped today, resolving access to course issues.
I paid for both the books and delivery, yet they never arrived at my doorstep as promised.
Kaplan are very unsupportive of students and prioritizes maximizing their income over aiding students struggling with a course.
The materials are mostly good and do prepare you for the exam (though the exam had questions that were not in the book).
Books were delivered within 48 hours of ordering.
Books are always delivered quickly, had multiple previous courses and always benefitted from them and found them essential to passing the course.
