The customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful, and I was left feeling frustrated and unsatisfied.

I tried to contact the customer support team through the chat feature and asked a straightforward question about a product.
However, instead of answering my question via chat, the agent requested my phone number so they could call me.
Moreover, I found their return policy to be complicated and confusing, making it even harder to get a refund or exchange for the defective product.
So obviously I contacted the other buyer (I got his number from the bill inside the parcel I received) then we met and swapped the two routers.
This is the last order I will make on this unsatisfactory platform , and i do not understand why you are offering return when you are refusing it from your side its just a piggy game for me .
This left me puzzled as to why the chat option was available in the first place if phone support was the preferred method of communication.
Second order I decided to use cash on delivery since I don't trust them anymore.
I would not recommend this company based on the poor quality of their products, unhelpful customer service, and confusing return policy.
Ordered Mc Do via Jumia food in Marrakech and never been delivered. Not once not twice.

I work for an online store here, and our company would at least look into the transaction, and when found would be able to tell it wasn't me.
I reach out to their support to my surprise they said that the order amount will be refunded and I should receive the funds within 3 to 5 days.
However, they later contacted me with an incorrect claim that I wasn't home during the original delivery attempt.
Do not order through Jumia because they could send you the wrong item and never give your money back for the item you paid for.
More than an hour had gone past and I've decided to contact their customer support asking for help regarding the issue which initially informed me that the delivery person was trying to reach out to me and but I was unavailable then I realize I had put in an old phone number of mine which stopped working.
