The vinyls arrived in perfect condition, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish.
I provided photo evidence of all the damage upon opening the package and asked for a refund.
Pre-ordered a CD. Was delayed.
I pre-ordered a limited edition vinyl that was impossible to find anywhere.
They admitted the package was returned as “undeliverable” but refused to resend it or cover the shipping cost for a reorder—even though the address was clearly correct (since my second package arrived without issue).
Shipment service has worsen while they charge same amount to the client, moreover they now use consignement shipment and it's not possible to track your shipment.
Never had troubles with returning goods. Highly recommended.
I made 12 orders to JPC in the last 2 years and never had any problems, price of vinyles are very attractive compared to other sites and the choice is very large.
I have used jpc for a long time perhaps 20 years now and have never had an issue .
Contacted CS and provided photos and videos.
Ordered a CD box (55 cds) and received no tracking info, not even name of company that is supposed to deliver, After 10 days I have not received anything, and upon contacting jpc I am informed to wait 5 more weeks before I ask them to trace it.
Most of the reviews here complain about shipping times.
They have a large selection, are always reliable, and there are no problems at shipping abroad from Germany.
We now have new guidelines regarding the subsequent refund of shipping costs regarding cancelled, sold out or missing items.
While I received the second package just fine, the first one—dispatched before it—never arrived.
It can a bit of time to get an order to Australia and they don't always provide tracking on cheaper orders but even so every single order has turned up without any issues .
Once a cd arrived and the disk was actually broken and they replaced it straight away .
In addition it is possible to get signed CD's or LP's at no additional cost.
Delivery is fast and most of time free. Items are well packaged.
I paid for postage once however my order was sent in 2 separate shipments due to stocking.
I mean the site seems to be legit but it wont let me order anything which is super annoying since they have the vinyl im looking for the cheapest but yeah...
Subsequent refunds of shipping costs no longer take place, as the exact value cannot be determined correctly and the whole procedure is quite time-consuming.
I placed an order for four vinyl records, which was split into three separate shipments.
I was a little nervous after placing my order I checked other reviews on here.
I received no notification of a failed delivery and only realized something was wrong when I manually checked my bank account and saw an unexplained partial refund (minus shipping costs, of course).
I was asked to return them to Germany.
But I had nothing but a positive experience.
I have been a loyal and high spending client with them, but I will no longer buy from JPC.
And guess what, the order cannot be honoured because 1 item is missing.
Regardless, all 3 LPs arrived in sturdy packaging, immaculate jackets and completely flat / no warping.
However, they’ve refused my refund unless I post the broken vinyl (that’s currently in 2 halves! ) and the damaged packaging back to Germany from the UK!
I’ve never had a problems with the package, shipments, communication etc. last time I was ordered a shipment to Poland the package was not delivered due to polish post error.
Now the package arrived in Germany and stayed in the post office for 2 weeks and they won't even try to confirm with the post office to collect the package.
I can’t recommend JPC enough for their great service and amazing deals.
Now they won't let me get a refund until the item is back in DHL's hands...
They truly offer the best prices on the internet, and their honesty and transparency throughout the process and how they price vinyls is rare to find, not to say the only online vinyl seller ive found to be genuine and honest.
Ordered 5 LPs and all arrived warped.
Excellent customer service and good shipment prices all over the world.
I've been a returning costumer at jpc. de for ten years.
The shipping was impressively quick – I received my order in Italy just 5 days after it was shipped.
