I decided I would like a new wedding set in silver, I chose a wedding band engagement ring and eternity ring, I was quite sceptical because the cost is so low, I replaced my original set at the cost of just under £300, so didn't expect any real quality.
If its not silver then its expensive.
So far the customer services have been excellent, I had an issue with my first order and wanted to change to express delivery, they were right on sorting it out which was great. I have ordered again.
The website is user friendly, great choice, good pricing and they followed up with an email really quickly.
However I please found jeulia save me time anniversary due soon.
I have been looking at these rings for a while and I am in love!
All the companys fault, all manufacturering fault but refusing to give a refund because its past thirty days, so now ive paid for a ring that my fiance cant wear and had to order from a different company because its shocking quality.
I have messaged Customer Services twice in the last 3 days asking what stage of processing my order is at, its a simple question to ask really.. no response to both of my messages for 3 working days now.
Now the 25th I've asked for a refund and they want to charge me 30% of the price to get a refund.
It took over a month for the product to arrive even though I paid for express delivery.
Oh and dont forget to mention that the customer service is digusting.

They don’t reply quickly, they confuse details or your request, will not provide a complaints process. 30 day east return is a myth and they expect you to send items back to the US at your expense even though they appear to be a UK company.

Just recieved the ring i purchased for my wife and she loves it.
I have already received one ring and it is of great quality and is stunning, so when they sent me a discount code I couldn't help but order a different ring.

Was told it was because my order is being custom made it's not it's a design from their website nothing custom about it they are refusing to give me a refund or any valid reason why my order isn't even shipped yet and expect me to pay to get only some of my money back?
Ring is currently on order, its showing as processing for 14 Working days now.
Stated in terms and conditions 10-20 days processing they've had 20 days it's still processing.
Ordered my fiancee earrings on the 5th of February asked and paid for it to be delivered for valentines day.
Sizing was a little confusing as it didn't match my size but just risked ordering my usual size and fits perfectly. Rings lovely too. Delivery was fast.
It is hard to find a interesting engagement ring and especially one with a green stone, and I have finally found the perfect one that matches us as a couple perfectly.
They are not, i have reported to trading standards, Amex are also investigating.
Contact customer service and they say they aren't able to be returned despite having a supposed 1 year warranty, they offer to exchange and then want them sent back first!
