The app wont let me into my bookings. Other functions seem ok. I deleted app this morning, reinstalled and logged in and it worked. Three hours later I have the same issue as before.

12th Feb 2025 I Have tried to log into my Booking on the app. Its telling me that the booking is currently unavailable to link. This has been going on since September 2024.

Trying to book flights but get to payment page and the price has changed (because of it being such a ‘popular’ flight, even though the plane seating plan is virtually empty!) but even when I try and pay the higher total shown, I get a ‘payment processing’ message and then get thrown straight back to the ‘new total - pay securely’ page. Frustrating - I have tried the app, laptop and work computer, and have the same problem on all three devices. I have explained all of this in detail via WhatsApp but got told that Jet2 ‘wasn’t aware’ of any issues. However, there are plenty of similar reports out there on various forums, so something is going on! Have Jet2 actually received any successful online or app bookings recently?! If not, this could be the reason! IT guys need to jump on this asap … I’m on the verge of going over to the dark side (Ryanair)

Mobile online check-in
The payment page says we are putting through your payment......this may take a couple of minutes so please don't hit the back button or leave this page. It has froze completely. Happened twice.
Trying to book flights for May/June 2024 & get message 'Access denied on this server'. Have booked with Jet2 most years with no problems. I'm not very tech competent, but rarely have problems. Destroyed my longstanding relationship & trust in Jet2.
Unable to check in online. Seat allocations were included in initial booking but online check in will not let me past the page asking if I want to allocate seats. I tried whatsapp help but they couldnt resolve problem they said I would have to check in at the airport! Now I have to queue and cannot use twilight check in. Not acceptable!

I cannot log into Jet2, it says I have given the wrong details, it does not let me see my downloaded boarding passes and it says there is nobody with those details. I ask to reset my password, but receive no email to do so. :-(
