I had a great experience with Interbikes, not only the price and the quality of the bike are perfect but also customer service got in touch quickly to proceed with a specific request I had for the delivery.
One of the bike parts was damaged.
The only problem was that the website states that they deliver the bike the next day and they did it two days after the purchase, however, they informed me about this immediately via whatsapp.
I have been asking them for 2 months to refund me the difference in price. They have not.
Ordered a bike for my kid.
The bike I ordered was out of stock (it still says in stock on their website).
They offered me a cheaper bike.
Customer service at that time said the site was incorrect but offered no solution. 5 Months later (!!!! ) my review is questioned for follow up with a request for the reference or it will be removed.
They then take over a week to refund you, when they take the money immediately.
Then when you get to the point of shipping they say it is actually Out Of Stock and will not be shipped - and that you have to choose another colour or type.
It is good to order bike at amazon or other portals.
They are scamming people - basically, they put the bike up on sale and say it is in stock.
This review has been flagged by interbikes. nl because they don’t think it’s based on a genuine experience.
Then chase to find out where is delivery of bike as website says order before 6pm then delivery next day; even with assembly I expect no more then 1 day more.
Fortunately, I made a purchase before reading these reviews.
Ordered a bike which stipulated it came with side wheels.
It came as defective with bent rear wheel and they are asking me to pay 50€ postage for return or visit their store which is even more expensive than postage.
