Glad I was patient as when order finally received, it was perfect.
I ordered a large mirror. It arrived damaged.
I'm still waiting on my refund as a result.
Only downside was the length of time we needed to wait for delivery.
Easily found the product I wanted.

I ordered a bed for my daughter start of December due to be delivered beginning of Jan.
I requested a collection around a month ago (and a refund) - the mirror has still not been collected.
Everytime we get close to a delivery date, we get informed about a week before it will be another few weeks, due to the "Red Sea Crisis".
Great website and great company to deal with.
