The apartment was clean and had everything we needed.

The apartment was within walking distance (15 minutes) of a secluded beach area and within short driving distance of many other beautiful beaches.

The apartment has everything you need including excellent air conditioning, TVs (one in each bedroom and one in the living room), a washing machine, and a great patio.
This seemed ridiculous, since I hadn't even paid yet, let alone stayed in the accommodation so I ignored it.

They replied to all my questions in a very informative way.

We had some language issues with a host at a property we booked - Holidu was very helpful in assisting us and sorting things out - thank you.
Booking is straightforward and quick.
I will not go into the fine details just to say that the matter was handled with professionalism by Holidu resulting in a satisfactory outcome (although clearly I would have prefered the rental property to have been acceptable in the first place).
It is an absolute scandal that if I had closed the webpage and just blindly clicked on the email I would have paid 9% more, directly into the pockets of Holidu.
Holidu truly was helpfull and getting us thur the first couple days.

I immediately got a new booking, but for a shorter period, which resulted in 2 gaps in 5 days at both ends.
I got an email from Holidu asking me to pay, but they had added on 9% in the email, expecting me to pay 9% more than advertised.
Very professional and helpful when replying to my emails.
They stand out in their efficiently, are polite and act quickly.
When I questioned this against the initial message I received and german law the property suddenly became unavailable and our booking cancelled.
The staff were always quick to respond, polite, and accommodating.
