Very bad customer service.
After 10 days, the order has not been shipped, no one is responding to my messages.
I haven't heard anything from them yet.
The delivery was very fast, thank you and orders are easy to make.
I ordered a bike and it has been delayed 2 times without informing the customer from 3rd of May to 17th and now to 27th.
Delivery time on the pre-order products is not trustable.
No one answers the emails. It is now 4. 6 and I still have no solution for my daughters battery.

Communication was good. I received a posti. fi tracking code shorty after I place the order.
Seems they are trying to drag it out so that the warranty is no longer valid.
The scooter and battery are still under warranty yet I can't seem to get neither a response or a replacement sent.
This is a company with a professional looking website but if you order something they will only send you a confirmation.
I dont know how to handle this transaction and deal. But I do trust you.
Shipped in different packages which arrived on different days so that was the only thing that sucked.
