I ordered a set of doors for my living room.
I've now been waiting almost 2 months without response regarding getting either correct documentation or returning the product.
The delivery was longer than promised, and when it finally arrived the doors was 10 cm shorter than the ones i ordered.
The one response I did get was to be sent a document that was even more out of date than the one that arrived with the vehicle.
Never sent my order but charged me, I’ve had to write several times for more than a month to get a response - still waiting for my refund ….
When i contacted the costumer service about this (their phones are only open for 1 hour and 45 minutes each day), they answer in a rude tone, and even though I sent pictures of the doors missing length, then I still fear that they will not let me return them and get my money back.
I ordered a glass door on 08-10-2021, and I still haven’t received it until 22-02-2022😡 No service, no answer, nothing.
Very very bad experience.
Bought an electric moped from Hjemfint. dk, which in itself arrived without issue.
Wrong product delivered and poor customer service.
I've tried contacting customer service many times by mail and call and encountered either people that don't speak English, or people that do but can't give me any information.
