Although we order from The Netherlands, the help in getting this done correctly was very good and efficient.

The printing quality is great, precise and very consistent, including colors, edges and centering.
Its not all the fault of Helloprint but when your couriers as signing as delivered when the item hasn't been delivered, then it turns out that it wasn't delivered because it was damaged isn't great.
This means that I don't have time to order a new banner for the event I am attending from a different company.

I have used HelloPrint for a few years now but this time the experience has been dreadful.
I was a little sceptic about the quality, and I gave them a call to check my work and they really reassured me specially on a tight timing and I was honestly a little hysterical.
Not the best service I'm afraid.
Their response is that it's my fault for not paying for the extra artwork check.
I tried the online chat bot to resolve this and both times it replied saying we cannot help and something about referring to CX.
However, a little bit disappointed by DPD delivery process.
I now have someone else leaflets and no where to go to sort it out.
We had a great experience using HelloPrint, their customer service representative Audren helped us every step of the way and the product quality was top notch.
We were told that there was a problem with the delivery due to the area we live in. (Scotland but not a remote area).
The equip is patient, attentive, helpful and the results of the printed materials are very good.
Other than that, impeccable.
There is nothing on the website to indicate that they can't deliver to my area.
On two occasions my artwork was shown to be within the boundaries on the 'free' pdf but has arrived badly cropped.
Part of the same order still hasn't arrived and we are told its on its way, well the tracking doesn't say that.
Print of good quality.
And the orange color was well managed.
I’ve used Helloprint’s services several times and I am very satisfied both by the printing quality and by their customer support, as well as the price.
Print just as the image sent. Quick delivery.
The graphic image is a bit delicate, so it won't look nice for long if the shirt gets washed too often or vigorously.
The final kakémono arrived it is even better than I imagined!
Great customer service!
I was then told they could deliver and then on the day of delivery I was told that they had cancelled my order.
