Chip do not allow a partial cash ISA transfer in.

Very quick and easy to use, good security checks, high rates of interest amd customer service is quick to reply with any issues.
However, the boosted rate was not added to my account despite me meeting eligibility.

As my ISA is fully funded for this year I was unable to fund it prior to expiration of bonus interest boost.
They wasted my time by not explaining this prior to opening a new account.

After initiating my transfer, it was unclear if I would be eligible for the promotion as an expiration date was stated that was sooner than the 15 day time period given to complete the ISA transfer.
Not everyone wants all their ISA savings with one provider!
Just opened an isa. Excellent service.
I contacted chip via email about my current ISA and whether it has to be renewed in the coming financial year, this was not the case as it just rolls over and you can withdraw or transfer if you wish.
Rochelle was very quick to respond to my messages - great customer service!
The first person I ‘spoke’ was not very helpful at all and suggested that I needed to change the name on my bank account.
I raised this on the chat function and Rochelle addressed it promptly with no issues.
I got Chip to transfer my Cash ISA to them as they have a very competitive promotion interest rate.
When I had given up hope and was seriously considering closing the account, I got a message from a new person called Shel who sorted out the situation within 5 minutes. 0 🌟 for the first person but 5 🌟 for Shel!
I had a problem accessing my savings due to a confusion with my married and maiden name which I thought had been resolved back in May last year.
Really easy to open the ISA - recommended on MSE website and by our IFA.
