I've lived in France for 10 years, I had orange at my previous place had 0 issues, I use bouguees for my cell phone 0 issues, my new place I thought I'd try free, terrible decision, they're internet crashes so often I may aswell just use my boyguees data 24/7 because free is forever got issues, there customer service is more interested trying to get you to buy an iPhone than actually fix the freebox issues.
When the router and the box finally arrived the box was a reused box and was constantly given off a loud squiring sound.
Sure enough, within 2 hours the internet connections came back 👍 Thank you.
I am asked to enter loads of info and after a couple of exchanges they transfer to technical support with a ticket number.
I ask why and they say it is to identify me (why the ticket?

Then Free 'improved' the service with a huge GO provision that I absolutely did not need and I wonder who might need so many gigabits only for Free to bump up the monthly cost by 30%.
Don't fall in this horrible service.
I've had 5 different lines with Free France over 10 years and I've cancelled all of them properly over the years.
They send a technician to your home as many times as it takes (and let me tell you, I made it hard for them due to a million things I did badly wrong) and that was all for free and handled with saintly patience and good humour.
